April Ross
April Ross was one of only a few women beach volleyball stars who won medals at more than one Olympics. In fact, she's had the chance to win numerous events, and one was won by a legendary volleyball player. Jennifer Kessy was her partner during six years from 2007 to 2013. She also worked with Klineman as well as herself. Kessy was Ross's partner on the World Championships in 2009. In 2012, the pair took silver in London's Olympic Games. Margie Ross, Ross' mother, did not have the opportunity to see her daughter become an international beach volleyball star. Ross lost her mother to breast cancer in the year 2001.
